Information Radiant processes

Radiant processes Discord identifiers and profile details, linked Bedrock UUIDs and usernames, server entitlements and balances, account-session records, store orders, discount use, fulfillment events, casino rounds, support requests, and security or operational logs.

Payments and connected services

Stripe hosts payment entry and returns payment, checkout, refund, dispute, and receipt references to Radiant. Radiant does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Discord is used for sign-in, membership checks, announcements, and support delivery. Xbox services may be used to retrieve the gamerpic for a linked Bedrock identity.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, maintain the verified Discord-to-Bedrock link, calculate eligibility and prices, process orders, fulfill credits and ranks, operate casino rounds, answer support requests, investigate fraud or abuse, reconcile failures, and maintain audit records.

Staff access is role-restricted. Administrative changes to player value, entitlements, account links, sessions, and grants require a reason and are recorded with before-and-after values. Data is retained for as long as needed for account operation, financial and fulfillment records, dispute handling, security, and audit obligations.

Choices and contact

Players can enable or disable Dono Credit casino access from the wallet controls on the Casino page. Account-link changes and requests about personal information can be sent through the support page so staff can verify the requester before making changes.
